Author Visit at Davis!

Author and illustrator David Biedrzycki visited our school today. We met him in the library where he shared a brand new book idea with us about two bears who come out of their den a bit early in the spring and get into trouble in the town. We got to see his rough drawings and help choose the cover for the finished book. We also got to see how he uses the computer to draw and he drew a beetle family for us. On his website we can see a copy of the beetle he drew for us and even print it out! Visit his website using the link at the bottom of our blog. He is very funny!
